Returns
All items are FINAL SALE, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Measurements, quality, material, and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure the item is being represented fully.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@sallydelarose.com with details & photos of the product and the defect.

Shipping
Sally De La Rose is not responsible for any custom international fees. Please see International policies tab for more information on custom fees.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
COVID-19
Sally De LA Rose remains fully committed to pursuing the completion of our work in a safe, diligent and reasonable manner under the current circumstances. We must recognize, however, there is a strong likelihood that we will encounter certain delays such as shipping as a result of this pandemic.
Damages
Sally De La Rose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
